Shanghai Drum Catering Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010, headquartered in Shanghai, mainly engaged in rice series products and local specialty snacks.
Our mission is promotion of Chinese food culture and the promotion of Chinese fast food in America.
The company aimed at the high-end catering market, has now launched the national market, has set up branch offices in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Chengdu and other places, with Shanghai as the center to the National radiation business development model. Nowadays, we opened our branches in Canada and America. Dagu noodle rice is opening in Las Vegas Shanghai Plaza in February 2019.
We have some interesting stories that inspired us to launch the business.
In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, there is a restaurant without signs Near the flowery Drum tower in Yunnan Kunming, whenever the city officials have a happy news, people always ring the drum as a celebration. In the drumbeat of joy, the people flock to the unnamed little restaurant and have a bowl of hot soup rice, meaning “smooth long time”, with a touch of the city overflowing with joy. Because of this joy, with the honesty of the shop owner, the little restaurant eventually became a century-old shop.
Dagu Rice Noodle restaurant opens in Las Vegas, and we determined to contribute our passion of Chinese traditional food to the colorful city.
